Figuring out how best to improve a customer’s firearm will help you serve their needs best.
When a customer comes in your door toting Pap’s old smokepole and tells you he wants to have it restored, does he really? Maybe he just wants to get the stock touched up or the piece reblued. Maybe he just wants to be able to shoot it. Or, maybe he isn’t sure what he wants.
