World of Guns

Noble Empire Inc. was founded in 2009 and has over a dozen employees based in the United States and Europe. Since its founding, the company has been developing firearms simulators and encyclopedias, culminating in their World of Guns title.

World of Guns: Guns Disassembly is an interactive firearms encyclopedia, mechanical simulator, and puzzle game. It is a free, interactive encyclopedia with simulations of firearms in full 3D. The user can essentially climb inside any of the modeled guns and see its parts interact, turn it into a cutaway or an X-ray, observe the cycle of function as it works when firing in a slow-motion mode, and work through complete disassembly and reassembly down to the last pin. The simulators also offer a variety of game play with multiple challenges, such as disassembly and reassembly for time, various knowledge quizzes, and shooting video games.

The World of Guns library contains 216 gun models of pistols, rifles, muzzleloaders, machine guns, grenade launchers, and artillery pieces which together add up to more than 25,000 parts. Firearms include classics from the 19th century, WWI and WWII era guns, to modern staples like Glocks, AKs and Miniguns. The software encompasses 200 years of firearm development into a comprehensive and educational video game.

New models are released at the rate of one or two per month with each one researched using real guns, manufacturer blueprints, documentation, and photographs. The game also features some interesting bonus models, such the DMC DeLorean (with a time machine option from the Back to the Future movie franchise), Vought F4U Corsair, and BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicle.

Guns Disassembly 2, the predecessor to World of Guns and also developed by Noble Empire, has been installed more than two million times and has been praised by the popular online publication, The Firearm Blog (TheFirearmBlog.com), for its realism: “Each time I play it I learn a lot. I have even used it to figure out how to fit some old military surplus guns I own.” wrote Steve Johnson, site’s founder. World of Guns has also been featured in Rock, Paper, Shotgun gaming blog.
World of Guns has been released for Steam (Windows, Mac, Linux), iOS (Apple AppStore), Android (Google Play) and Facebook. Download and install options are available at Noble-Empire.com.
